We did not have breakfast, so no rating possible. The location was ideal, but because near the station stop rather loud. Otherwise very nice and polite staff. The rooms were always cleaned.

No parking. No information material for excursions in German. No closet in the room. The small shower gel should be replaced by large dispensers.

The breakfast was delicious! The location of the hotel is great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The train station for trips to Monaco and Grasse is a 5-minute walk away. Very clean.

Great location, right on the large pedestrian area. Not far from the train station, a little further to the sea, but all within walking distance. Small but nice - that's how everything can be described here. Pleasant staff.
The safe was just a joke, I could just carry it in the room. The room was rather small and slightly tilted, with the real charm of an old building, only a little strange. The bed was a little narrower than expected and there was no closet.

excellent access to charming landmarks and local eateries
I really loved that the hotel was just a 15-minute stroll down Rue Jean Medecin to reach the vibrant old city and beach.

I like the location most. Close to public transport, restaurants, parking nearby.
There are two staffs during check in were not friendly at all and they made mistake on the payment input so i needed to explain to the other staff during check out and still need to argue a little bit that I already paid the rooms.

great stay but slightly noisy
The spacious room provided a really comfortable retreat after my long day of exploring. The 24/7 access to free coffee and water was a good touch that kept my energy up .
Noise levels from the street could be heard at times, especially during the night.

The place was clean and charming, had wonderful and fantastic staff with first class customer service. The breakfast was good with omelets or fried eggs, exactly what we required. The location turned out to be brilliant, very close to a tram station and shopping streets.

It was central to all the amenities, like train, tram and buses. Lots going on and all the shops are on the same street. Very central hotel. Short distance to the airport by bus.
Nothing really the staff were helpful and breakfast was enough to set you up for the day. Rooms were clean and sheets were changed each day clean towels and clean shower room. Most of our time was spent sight seeing!!!
